Who we are

OCL Workflow is a task and client manager made by Odd Creative Lab, Guatemala City, Guatemala ("we", "us"). Questions: hola@oddcreativelab.com.

Using OCL Workflow

• Access is by invitation. Each company works in its own workspace, and the workspace owner decides who is in it.
• OCL Workflow is free for now. If that ever changes, we will tell you in the app well ahead of time, and nothing changes without your say.
• We work hard to keep the app running and your data safe, but we provide it as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of mistakes.

Your content is yours

Everything your team puts into your workspace (clients, tasks, comments, files) belongs to you. You let us store and process it only so the app can work for you. We never sell it or use it for anything else.

Fair use

Please don't:

• use the app for anything illegal or harmful,
• try to get into another workspace or someone else's account,
• overload, break or reverse engineer the app.

If an account breaks these rules, we may pause it. We will tell the workspace owner why.

Leaving

The workspace owner can export the workspace's data at any time from Settings. To delete an account or a whole workspace, write to hola@oddcreativelab.com and we will do it within 30 days. If we ever close OCL Workflow, we will give at least 30 days' notice so you can export your data.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses (like lost profits) caused by using or not being able to use the app.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will update this page and let you know in the app. These terms follow the laws of Guatemala.
