Tasks, clients and your team's week, in one place.

OCL Workflow is a task and client manager made by Odd Creative Lab, a marketing agency in Guatemala City. Teams use it to organize work by client, plan their week and see what is due.

What it does

• Clients and tasks. Each client gets its own space with tasks in a list, a board or a timeline, plus checklists, comments, files and time tracking.

• Week Planner. Block time for your tasks day by day and see how full your week is.

• Daily email. A short summary of what is due today and what is overdue, sent at 7am your time. Turn it off any time.

• Google Calendar, if you want it. Connect your Google account and the tasks you schedule appear in your Google Calendar at the right time, while your calendar events show in your Week Planner so you can plan around them. OCL Workflow uses your calendar only for this. Disconnect any time in Settings.

Who can use it

Access is by invitation. Each company has its own private workspace, and the workspace owner invites their team.
