Privacy Policy

What we store

• Your account: your name and email, and a password managed by our sign-in provider (we never see it).
• Your workspace: everything your team adds: clients and their info, tasks, comments, checklists, time entries, XP and streaks, and uploaded files.
• Google Calendar, only if you connect it: a private key that lets the app add your scheduled tasks to your calendar and read your events to show them in the Week Planner. It is stored where only the app's server can read it. Disconnect any time in Settings.

Where it lives

• Database and files: Supabase, West US (Oregon).
• The app itself: Vercel, US East (Washington, D.C.).
• Emails (invites, password resets and the optional daily digest) are sent through Resend.

Who can see it

• Your teammates, according to their role in your workspace. Your personal space is yours: teammates can only see it if you make it visible, and they can never change it.
• Other workspaces never can. Each workspace is sealed off from the others.
• Odd Creative Lab runs the app but does not browse your data. Our admin screen shows only each workspace's name, owner email, number of members and creation date.

Backups

We keep one backup copy of the app's data, made once a month and before big updates. Each new copy replaces the previous one. We only use it to recover from an accident, and we never open it for anything else. Copies your workspace owner exports are yours to keep.

Google data

Data from Google Calendar is used only to show your events and add your tasks to your calendar. We never sell it, use it for ads, or share it. Our use follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Cookies and tracking

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. Preferences like light or dark mode are saved in your browser. No ads, no analytics trackers.

Your choices

• Workspace owners can export all of the workspace's data from Settings (teammates' private spaces stay private).
• To correct your name, use Settings. To delete your account or your workspace, write to hola@oddcreativelab.com; we do it within 30 days.
• Turn the daily digest email on or off in Settings.
